Thee Father first they sung Omnipotent,
Thee next they sang of all Creation first,
Immutable, Immortal, Infinite,
Immortal Amarant, a Flour which once
Drawn round about thee like a radiant Shrine,
Harps ever tund, that glittering by thir side
Adore him, who to compass all this dies,
To Heavn removd where first it grew, there grows,

Pavement that like a Sea of Jasper shon

Thir Crowns inwove with Amarant and Gold,
Amidst the glorious brightness where thou sitst

God shall be All in All. But all ye Gods,
No voice exempt, no voice but well could joine [ 370 ]

Begotten Son, Divine Similitude,
No sooner had th Almighty ceast, but all
Made visible, th Almighty Father shines,
Rowls ore Elisian Flours her Amber stream;
And flours aloft shading the Fount of Life,
Impurpld with Celestial Roses smild.
With solemn adoration down they cast
Impresst the effulgence of his Glorie abides,
Of charming symphonie t九_九_藏_書hey introduce
Whom else no Creature can behold; on thee
Then thou thy regal Scepter shalt lay by,
Towards either Throne they bow, and to the ground [ 350 ]
Melodious part, such concord is in Heavn.
Thrond inaccessible, but when thou shadst
For regal Scepter then no more shall need, [ 340 ]
Th eternal Regions: lowly reverent
Adore the Son, and honour him as mee.

As from blest voices, uttering joy, Heavn rung
The full blaze of thy beams, and through a cloud

With these that never fade the Spirits elect [ 360 ]

With Jubilee, and loud Hosannas filld
Bind thir resplendent locks inwreathd with beams,
Transfusd on thee his ample Spirit rests.
